WORK FOR A PART IN PUTTING SAFETY OF SAINT JOHN THE ABBEY WERE STARTED

were numerous, these nineteen months since the earthquake, the claims of solidarity with the Abbey of San Giovanni Battista in Lucoli.

I work for a partial listing of some parts of the Abbey safety, began the November 2 U.S. . from this blog and we could not thank all the friends who have taken up the call of our Association Onlus and have sent funds, although minimal, to witness their help with practical support to one of the most beautiful architectural heritage of our Territory .
not want to forget anyone and thank you especially below the precious world of the Italian Cooperative Credit as donated to the Abbey of San Giovanni.
Our request came after the whole Italian Cooperative Credit had already donated 5 million euros to rebuild the town hall of L'Aquila, but also a thought came to Lucoli!
thank first of all employees of the Cooperative Credit Bank of Arborea (Oristano) who sent self-assessed 400 euros.
Thanks to Follow:

Sgarbossa The President of the Cooperative Credit Bank of Arborea (OR);
Director Daniel Quarmby Federation of Cooperative Credit Banks dell'Emilia Romagna (BO);
The Robert Frost Director of the Federation of Cooperative Credit Banks of Tuscany (Florence);
Nedo Ferrari President of the Bank of Credit Cooperative Maresca (PT);
Director George Pasolli Society Training & Work of Trento;
SOAR The Company of Florence;
The boys of the "Youth Group" of the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere.
We are far from final, given the huge resources needed to restore the Abbey, but also with the small efforts of individuals and with the great help of Civil Defense, we could build something and the work started.
We are increasingly convinced that the time to share, through the motivation and sense of responsibility of all. Thanks to the solidarity received, which allows us to take small steps forward, we can think positively to a future that Lucoli with his community and its architectural heritage to be rebuilt, they deserve.
